Traditional financing is available with $0 down with approved credit on all products! Don’t make a payment until a month after delivery! Unlike Rent-to-Own, your credit must be approved and you are obligated to keep the product.
90- Days Same as Cash:
This option is great for those that plan to pay off the product in 90 days. You aren’t charged any interest or rent!
Rent to Own:
Did you know we offer Rent-to-Own for most of our products? Forget about driving out of the way to access your storage unit with never-ending payments! You can have a building in your back yard!
Gazebos, Green Houses & Screen Rooms require additional payment(s) down.

Once you send in your request for an estimate we will immediately send your proposal to your inbox.

Once we know that you have had some time to review the estimate, please call our office to get a credit application, rental agreement and a contract.
Prepare for your building by preparing for your building's delivery:

Your new shed is BIG!
We need a clear path 2 feet wider than your building to the building site. We will install your building with our Mule so you don't have to worry about having enough space or the damage from having a truck and trailer in your yard.

Think about gates, fences, and trees.
Also, think about overhead obstacles like power lines or low hanging limbs. Tight spots and turns are fine. We can handle hills and slopes but some retaining walls will require additional equipment.

Mark any underground obstacles like septic tanks or old stumps and water or electric lines.

Clean up that sh!@ site, yep shed site, after all, we're professionals :)

The place your building is going needs to be clear of debris including trash, grass clippings, and fallen leaves.
-
If you are hoping to cover up your dog’s favorite bathroom paradise then please give it one last clean up before getting your new structure delivered.

If you have to do some clearing and brush burning to get your building where you want it, make sure any ash is removed and there are no hot spots left under your new structure.

We have all the equipment and supplies to handle any situation we have encountered. We will bring all the leveling supplies we need to level your building so you don’t need to worry about having blocks available.
